The Cardiff Running Show is a grass roots gathering of some of the local and regional resources to enable runners, walkers and people to begin their fitness journey and for those who have already begun that journey, to take it to the next level.

With coaches, personal trainers and mentors available to offer advice through our Coaches Corner and Ask The Expert features, there’s plenty of inspiration to create a plan and get started with local groups and clubs who offer support and encouragement.

There will be a variety of fitness instructors and leaders offering programs in the area and Physiotherapists on hand to create strategies to prevent injury and get the most out ourselves, mentally and physically and remedial work for those who have issues they are working on.

Event hosts from the region as well as retail exhibitors enable visitors to see and try out gear with brands like Altra.

The day will begin with Yoga, Pilates and meditation/mindfulness sessions for runners and will feature:
